1. What is the delivery time?

The estimated delivery time for the United Kingdom and the European Union is 7 to 18 working days , depending on the region.

2. How do I receive the tracking code?

The tracking code is sent by email within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

3. What if my order is delayed or not delivered?

In the rare event of excessive delay or loss, our team assumes full responsibility.
After logistical verification, you will be able to choose between:

  • Priority forwarding , or

  • Full refund .


4. Can I return a product?

Yes. In accordance with European distance selling regulations, you have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return due to buyer's remorse.

If the product is defective, you have up to 30 days to request a replacement or refund.


5. Who pays for the return shipping costs?

  • For returns due to defects or shipping errors , Veltra Home covers all costs.

  • For returns due to buyer's remorse , the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


6. Could I be charged customs fees?

Most orders are not subject to fees.
If your order is subject to local taxes, the carrier will contact you with instructions.

We fully comply with EU and UK customs regulations.


7. Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes can only be made within the first 2 hours after purchase, while the order is still being processed.
After this period, shipping begins and it is no longer possible to modify the details.
